Prices per workspace per month in EUR. All prices exclude VAT, which is added where it applies: 19% for customers in Germany; business customers elsewhere in the EU with a valid VAT ID are invoiced under the reverse-charge procedure. Enterprise is an annual contract. AI is not part of any plan: bring your own AI (your OpenAI or Anthropic account, coming) or a separate AI subscription. “Coming” marks what is not available yet and is not part of any price today.

Questions
- Can we buy online today?
- Not yet. Workspaces are opened on request while self-service sign-up is finished. Send a request above and we will set you up.
- What does a plan include?
- Every module, in every plan. You pay one price per workspace, up to the seats of your plan; plans differ by seats, storage, meeting minutes, support and enterprise controls. AI assistant credits are an add-on.
- What if we need more than 50 seats, our own database or special terms?
- That is a Custom Deployment. Choose "Contact sales" in the form above and we will shape it with you.
- Is AI included?
- No. AI is separate from the plans. Soon you will be able to bring your own AI by signing in with your OpenAI or Anthropic account, and we will also offer a separate AI subscription. Until then the AI features stay off.
- Where is our data?
- Your workspace database runs in the EU, in Frankfurt.
- Do you support SSO and SCIM?
- Google and e-mail sign-in with two-factor authentication today. SAML single sign-on and SCIM provisioning are coming for Business and Enterprise.
- Can we try it first?
- Yes. The demo above is the full product on a fictional programme, with nothing saved.
